Job Description
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and design to launch and continuous optimization for AI-powered collection platforms.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making through LLM and AI Agent integration.
- Deeply understand the operation flow and risk strategy to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Leverage data insights, experimentation, and feedback loops to improve system performance and business outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with business, risk, operations, engineering, and data science teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in product management or AI product development; familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or multi-agent systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, experience in operations, backend, or AI-related systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about applying LLMs and AI Agents to optimize workflows and deliver real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
