- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant Technical / Business role
- 2-5 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Experience serving as a dedicated Scrum Master for software development teams
- Background in software development, quality engineering, or technical project environments is beneficial
- Experience supporting multiple teams or participating in Scrum-of-Scrums preferred
