We’re looking for an experienced Elixir Back end developer with strong ownership and a track record of delivering high-performance, production-grade systems end-to-end. You’ll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to design and implement scalable backend services.

💪🏻 What You’ll Own:

• Design, implement, and maintain Elixir-based APIs, workers, and background jobs


• Build reliable and high-performance systems using OTP, Phoenix, and Ecto


• Integrate with internal and external services, queues, and event-driven pipelines


• Collaborate across product, frontend, and DevOps teams


• Own delivery — from architecture and coding to deployment and monitoring

💼 Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 2 years in Elixir


• Strong knowledge of OTP, Ecto, and Phoenix frameworks


• Proven experience building high-performance systems


• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and SQL performance tuning


• Familiarity with AWS services and serverless environments (e.g., Lambda)


• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently

👉 Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry


• Experience with Node.js (Express, AWS Lambda)
