Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team:

Join the COO Chief of Staff and become part of the Strategic Projects team, which drives the development and operationalisation of the strategic COO agenda and corresponding initiatives on unit level. Furthermore, we provide actionable insights and analyses to enable informed decision-making, while supporting other COO sub-units in identifying and implementing strategic topics effectively.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Contribute to and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating across teams and functions
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and strategic concepts for senior management
  • Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support informed decision-making
  • Contribute to business unit–specific processes to ensure operational efficiency, governance and compliance
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Bank’s end-to-end value chain by collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding services and drive operational excellence

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree from a university in Business Administration, Banking or Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago) with above-average grades
  • Initial practical experience in Financial Services and/or Management Consulting
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset with (first) project management experiences
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to develop and maintain an efficient stakeholder management
  • Independent and resilient work ethic, combined with a strong team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal, organisational, and operational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
  • Fluency in English, German as a plus
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
