💰 Salary: Open / Negotiable based on experience

🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site – 5 days per week in the office (non-negotiable)

Our client is a leading organisation growing, andinvesting heavily in AI technology and digital systems to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver better outcomes for customers.

We are seeking a talented AI Developer to help drive the digital transformation of the business.

This role will focus on developing AI-powered software solutions and building and maintaining a CRM system tailored to support both custom manufacturing workflows and product sales operations.

You will collaborate closely with management and production teams to identify opportunities for automation, smarter data utilisation, and improved customer management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI software solutions to support manufacturing and sales operations
• Build and maintain a custom CRM system to manage customers, sales orders, and production tracking
• Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting across business functions
• Integrate AI and CRM solutions with existing business systems
• Work with internal teams to identify operational challenges and deliver scalable technology solutions
• Provide training, support, and documentation for implemented systems
• Work on-site with operational teams to ensure solutions align with real business processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in common programming languages
• Experience with AI / Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn (open to considering others)
• Web application development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills

• Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with CRM development or customization
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience building, testing, and implementing AI agents for administration or sales processes
• Knowledge of ERP integrations
• Background working within manufacturing or industrial environments

📍 This role is fully on-site in Tullamarine (Melbourne Northern Suburbs).
