We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Strategy and Transformation team, helping us elevate how we use data to drive operational success. In this role, you’ll enhance the quality and visibility of insights for stakeholders and support both day-to-day decision making and long-term strategic outcomes.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Clinical Operations, you’ll join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering accurate, meaningful data while staying closely connected to day-to-day operations in a fast paced, people centred environment. In this role, you’ll work with large datasets to provide accurate analysis, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and deliver evidence-based recommendations that support both strategic and operational decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse operational and commercial data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support a wide range of stakeholders
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor key performance metrics and highlight any performance gaps or emerging issues
- Present data and insights in a clear, accessible, and business relevant format through effective reporting and visualisation
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Validate, cleanse, and manage data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while supporting strong data governance practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful analysis
- Champion continuous improvement by enhancing reporting, tools, models, and data driven ways of working
About you
You are a detail oriented and curious Data Analyst who enjoys working with complex datasets and translating information into clear, meaningful insights. You communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and take a structured, proactive approach to problem solving. You are comfortable working in a fast paced, people focused environment and are motivated by using data to support informed decision-making and positive operational outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- A proactive communication style and experience collaborating across functions
- Experience in high growth or evolving environments (advantageous)
- Ability to analyse large datasets and deliver clear, commercial insights
- Strong understanding of data structures and data quality principles \
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain data simply to non-technical audiences
- Commercial awareness and an outcome focused approach
- Eagerness to broaden exposure to presenting to senior management
