The Role

The Senior Project Manager ensures that VEGA units move from:

Manufacturing → Logistics → Site activation

You will enforce execution discipline across:

● OEM manufacturing partners

● Robotics integration timelines

● Hardware production readiness

● Real estate deployment sequencing

● Cross-functional integration milestones

This role is about structure, accountability, and risk control.

You will bring order to complexity.

● Manage manufacturing timelines with external OEM partners

● Coordinate production readiness milestones

● Track hardware and integration dependencies

● Maintain structured deployment sequencing

● Own Monday.com execution architecture and hygiene

● Maintain Miro deployment topography maps

● Identify bottlenecks and execution risks early

● Drive accountability across product, operations, and external vendors

● Maintain detailed documentation and milestone reporting

● Ensure alignment against company OKRs

You must have:

● 2+ years managing manufacturing, hardware, or production programs

● Direct experience coordinating external OEM or hardware vendors

● Advanced proficiency in Monday.com (or equivalent structured PM systems)

● Strong capability using Miro or similar systems mapping tools

● Experience managing cross-functional timelines

● Strong documentation discipline

● Fluent professional English

$40,000 – $60,000 USD + equity

Compensation is aligned with hardware/manufacturing execution experience and depth of ownership. Equity reflects long-term company alignment.

Reports directly to the Chief of Staff.

This role has cross-functional execution authority across product, manufacturing, and deployment stakeholders.
