What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a dynamic individual who combines strong leadership skills with exceptional design expertise. Ideal candidates will have:

• 📅 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.
• 🤝 Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring or leading teams.
• 🛠️ Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• 🎨 Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles.
• 👩‍💻 Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• 📡 Familiarity with IoT frameworks, high-performance data flows, or modern front-end frameworks is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

As the Senior UX/UI Designer & Team Lead, you’ll take charge of the end-to-end design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually stunning, and impactful user experiences. Your responsibilities include:

• 🎯 Lead Design Strategy: Drive the UX/UI vision and design standards across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• 🌟 Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a growing team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
• 👨‍🔬 User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform and refine designs.

• 🔄 Iterative Improvement: Monitor performance of designs post-launch, using data and feedback to enhance usability and effectiveness.
