What does the role involve?

As a Junior Business Manager, you will play a key role in executing our sales and sourcing strategy. Under the guidance of our senior team, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients such as banks, FinTech’s, and payment platforms.
  • Identify exciting opportunities within the payments industry.
  • Source and select top specialists from our network of over 200 payment experts to find the perfect match for our clients.
  • Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring high satisfaction for both our clients and the specialists we work with.
  • Proactively contribute ideas to help our organization grow, your initiative is highly valued here!

This is you:

  • You have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO).
  • You have a strong interest in consultancy, recruitment, or business development (some initial experience or an internship in these fields is a plus).
  • No experience in financial services yet? No problem, as long as you are eager to learn!
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • You are entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and have a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • You thrive in a small, fast-growing environment.
  • You have excellent writing skills and feel confident creating presentations or commercial proposals.
