We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to oversee and optimize the performance of our diverse gaming brands. In this role, you will also be responsible for shaping best practices, establishing common procedures, and ensuring knowledge is effectively shared across the commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact at the intersection of analytics and business strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Brand Performance & Optimization: Evaluate and manage the performance of multiple gaming brands, identifying opportunities to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to inform brand and business strategies.
  • KPI Monitoring: Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Looker to track key performance metrics across the business, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and implement best practices and common procedures for the commercial team, ensuring consistency and fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align brand strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present insights, strategies, and updates to senior leadership, fostering alignment and driving informed decision-making.
  • Advanced Analytics Development: Champion the integration of cutting-edge analytical techniques, including exploring innovative technologies and methodologies, to continually refine and enhance business performance.

What You'll Need:

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

  • Gaming Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of gaming trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and crafting innovative solutions.
