We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of both front-end and back-end development across a complex, high-visibility platform. You will work closely with modern web technologies, maintain and enhance existing systems, and drive new feature development — including AI-powered functionality.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, independent, and confident operating in a fully remote environment within European time zones.
Tasks
- Build, maintain, and evolve web applications using AngularJS and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Work across both front-end and back-end layers, including APIs, integrations, and database design
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across CMS and web properties
- Design scalable, secure features aligned with best engineering practices
- Research and implement AI-driven tools and integrations
- Leverage advanced AI tooling such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic AI builders to enhance development workflows and accelerate delivery
- Operate independently, managing your own workflow in a complex project landscape
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong hands-on expertise with AngularJS (original version), Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Back-end experience with Node.js and MongoDB / NoSQL
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or above)
- Ability to work remotely, proactively, and independently
- Availability within European time zones
- Experience or strong interest in AI integrations
- High proficiency with modern AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
