Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Location: Malmo, Sweden
Employment Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute various iterative user research methodologies, identifying user needs, contributing to analyzing and synthesizing data, and leading a deep understanding of our users/coworkers
• Drive and execute on holistic approaches to design experiences of services, considering both physical and digital artifacts and spaces when needed, frontstage and backstage orchestration, and connect different dimensions of a system to generate value for both service users and the business
• Drive and lead brainstorming, design sprints, human-centred design workshops, and other co-creative methods to bring the service design strategy to life, working with a broad number of teams.
• Strong knowledge of producing all aspects of Service Design and conceptualizing services
• Knowledge of changing digital trends in order to understand potential innovative solutions that meet human needs
• Strong knowledge of driving service design and system thinking into a team
• Strong ability to navigate complex problems and co-create with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of E2E Design process across the whole eco-system with the ability to initiate, plan and execute cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge on research methods and analyzing and synthesizing research findings
• Knowledge of measuring the business value of design
• Strong emotional intelligence and empathy combined with ability to be the voice of our customers and co-workers
• Strong ability to work methodically as well as analyse multiple data sources and qualitative information to craft a compelling narrative that resonates with target audience
• Strong ability to communicate in an inspiring and effective way with stakeholders at different levels
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead varied audiences through complex topics
Most important:
