Job Title: Deployment / DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Deployment / DevOps Engineer with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and production deployments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation, scalability, high availability, and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and implement zero-downtime deployments
• Deploy and manage applications on VPS servers and AWS cloud
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Orchestrate containers using Kubernetes
• Configure and manage Nginx web servers and reverse proxies
• Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and replica management
• Manage source code repositories using Git
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows
• Configure AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Route 53, ELB) and other cloud services such as Azure
• Monitor application and server performance
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and security
• Ensure smooth deployment of microservices architecture
• Manage domain, SSL, and DNS configurations
• Coordinate with backend and frontend teams for releases
• Maintain logs, backups, and security configurations

Required Technical Skills:

• Jenkins (Pipeline setup, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Docker (Dockerfile, Docker Compose)
• Kubernetes (Pods, Services, Deployments, Ingress, HPA)
• AWS infrastructure management
• VPS/Linux server management
• Nginx configuration
• CI/CD implementation
• Git commands & branching strategies
• Scaling, load balancing & replica sets
• Basic networking (DNS, SSL, TCP/IP)
• Shell scripting (Bash)
• Database deployment (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

Preferred:

• Terraform / CloudFormation
• Prometheus & Grafana monitoring
• Microservices architecture experience
• Security best practices (IAM, SSL, firewall rules)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on DevOps / Deployment experience
• Experience managing production environment
