Role Summary

We’re looking for an ambitious AI Agent Systems Engineer to join our elite squad of builders. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to write scripts; it’s for a foundational expert ready to design and deploy intelligent, autonomous agents that drive real-world e-commerce actions. You’ll work in a high-intensity, AI-native environment where shipping fast and building for reliability are the top priorities.

What You’ll Build

  • As our AI Agent Systems Engineer, you will move beyond simple chat interfaces to build agents that execute:
  • Autonomous E-commerce Workflows: Architect agents that dont just answer questions, but use toolsets to modify orders, resolve complex logistics issues, and interact directly with our core APIs.
  • High-Velocity Marketing Agents: Develop intelligent systems to autonomously manage and optimize digital advertising spend, adjusting bids and creative targeting based on real-time performance.
  • Agentic Personalization: Implement frameworks that reason through customer behavior and real-time event data to suggest deeply personalized gifting experiences.
  • Foundational AI Orchestration: Work with the team to establish robust agentic infrastructure, ensuring multi-step workflows are scalable, observable, and high-performing.

Who You Are

  • A High-Velocity Python Developer: You write clean, production-grade Python. You aren't just a coder; you're a system designer who understands how AI fits into a larger architecture.
  • Continuous Learner & AI-Native: You are always following new developments in the AI space (models, frameworks, research) to understand how to leverage the latest tech to ship 10x faster. You are likely a power user of Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Agent Architect: You have a strong grasp of frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain. You understand how to build multi-agent systems that can reason, act, and iterate through complex tasks.
  • Ambitious & Competitive: You want to be surrounded by other young, hungry engineers. You thrive in an environment where your skills are constantly pushed by your peers and the cutting-edge tech you use.
  • Outcome Obsessed: You understand that "demo-grade" isn't enough. You care about prompt engineering, guardrails, and building agents that perform consistently in a production environment.
