LEAP Estates is the Private Client specialist division of LEAP. We operate as our own independent business unit, as well as providing support to the wider LEAP business. Requirements



Our Stack



Backend: PHP (Laravel)


Frontend: JavaScript (Vue.js, React.js)


Design: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS


DevOps: AWS, DigitalOcean, Forge


What You'll Do


  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
  • Review code and collaborate with other developers.
  • Design and implement scalable software solutions.
  • Manage your workload and assist with urgent support when needed.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
  • Communicate blockers clearly and proactively.


What You'll Bring


  • 3+ years' experience in web development and server management.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting developers of different skill levels.
  • Strong testing practices to ensure reliability and security.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
  • Experience with AWS and/or DigitalOcean.
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL and database design.
  • Experience with Git and CI workflows.
  • C# experience is a bonus.
