We’re Hiring: Senior Network Engineer (Contract | 12 Months | Potential FT Conversion)
Jyothi Technologies Inc. is hiring a Senior Network Engineer (7–8 years experience) for a 12-month contract opportunity with one of our clients in Canada, with an option to convert to a full-time (FT) role based on performance and business needs.
What you’ll do
• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, VPNs, and network security controls
• Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and drive root-cause resolution
• Manage network changes, upgrades, and documentation in a controlled environment
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams on modernization initiatives
What we’re looking for
• 7–8 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience
• Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, NAT
• Experience with enterprise firewall/VPN and network security best practices
• Familiarity with network monitoring & troubleshooting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Splunk)
• Strong communication skills and experience working in ITIL/Change Management environments
Bonus: Cloud networking exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and relevant certifications (CCNP or equivalent)
Engagement details
• Contract duration: 12 months
• Conversion: Option to transition to Full-Time with the client (based on performance/business needs)
