Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who is looking for a hands-on Sales Director to drive revenue growth in the Banking & Financial Services sector, including digital banks and FinTechs. This is a hunter role focused on winning new logos, closing large deals, and building strong CXO relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of new clients
- Engage consultatively with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Win and manage large, complex deals end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams across the sales cycle
- Drive growth initially in Singapore, with expansion into Southeast Asia
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT Services (Singapore market)
- Strong background in systems integration, managed services, or software & services
- Proven hunter with experience opening new strategic accounts
- Existing C-level relationships in Banking & Financial Services with strong in experience working with major System Integrators.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
