AI Engineer
Role Overview: As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that support workforce and process transformation. Your work will involve using advanced AI technologies—including machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing—to enhance industry-specific projects and initiatives. This position requires both strong technical skills and an understanding of how different industries operate. You will contribute to internal AI development efforts as well as help implement innovative and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development: Build and implement AI models for generative design, predictive analytics, and simulation of environmental conditions. Develop algorithms for process efficiency, cost integrity analysis, and sustainability optimisation.Data Engineering & Integration: Collect, clean, and process large datasets from Data Lakes, IoT sensors, and Common Data Environment. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units’ key personnel and group technology team members to integrate AI into existing workflows. Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams.Innovation & Research: Explore emerging AI technologies such as Generative AI / Agentic AI and reinforcement learning for industry applications. Contribute to the development of process streamline / workflow automation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Common Data
Environment, IoT integration, and Digital twin technologies. Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
Familiarity with workflow automation processes and sustainability principles. Preferred Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML engineering roles, ideally within AEC or Property Tech sectors.
Hands-on experience with generative design and predictive maintenance solutions. The AI Engineer will help shape the future of workforce and process automation, contributing to a data-driven and play a key role in developing & strengthening Company’s AI ecosystem.
