We are partnering with a leading digital asset institution in Asia that is looking for a seasoned Ecosystem Manager (DeFi & Staking) to drive its strategic engagement across Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems. This is a pivotal role that sits at the crossroads of DeFi, staking infrastructure, and institutional capital deployment.

You will shape ecosystem strategy end‑to‑end — from forging high‑value partnerships to overseeing complex staking and DeFi integrations. The ideal candidate is highly commercial, deeply technical, and thrives in fast‑moving blockchain environments.

🌐 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop and own the firm’s ecosystem strategy/Canton Network across key L1/L2 networks.
• Design and implement staking, LST, restaking, and yield‑generating DeFi strategies.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with protocol foundations, validator teams, and infrastructure providers.
• Lead negotiations on validator mandates, delegation structures, and revenue‑sharing agreements.
• Manage full lifecycle execution of staking integrations and DeFi deployments.
• Work closely with internal teams — Trading, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Ops — to ensure seamless execution.
• Assess and monitor ecosystem‑wide risks, including slashing, smart‑contract vulnerabilities, liquidity, and counterparty exposure.
• Track developments in governance, tokenomics, protocol upgrades, and translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs covering yield performance, capital efficiency, and risk levels.
• Produce strategic briefs and ecosystem insights for senior leadership.

🎯 What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in digital assets, ecosystem strategy, DeFi, staking, Canton Network or structured products.
• Deep familiarity with staking infrastructure, liquid staking derivatives, and restaking mechanisms.
• Demonstrated success managing stakeholders and negotiating commercial terms in crypto ecosystems.
• Ability to interpret technical protocol changes and articulate their financial, risk, and strategic implications.
• Strong analytical toolkit — Excel required, Python preferred.
• A self‑starter mindset with the ability to own initiatives from strategy through execution.
