2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support to four commercial leaders within the United States. Reporting to the Central Area Vice President/General Manager, this fully remote role is integral to a dynamic team in North America. The position contributes to organizational efficiency by managing executive schedules, travel, communication, and event coordination, helping leadership focus on strategic priorities.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
• Complete monthly expense reporting
• Assist with Town Halls, presentations, and maintain email distribution lists
• Update organizational charts
• Reconcile budgets and process invoices
• Support vendor relationships
• Organize leadership events, including logistics and supplies
4. Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities independently, including calendar management and time prioritization
• Experience in travel planning, vendor communication, budgeting, and cost center management
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Hourly pay range: $39.00 to $45.00
• This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay
• Compensation range may be modified in the future
