Java Developer (Mid-level & Senior)

What will you do?

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable Java applications using the latest technologies.
• Participate in the migration of existing projects from Java 17 to Java 21.
• Design, build, and manage microservices architectures.
• Implement and maintain robust unit testing using tools like Mockito or JUnit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services.
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions using Azure Cloud services.
• Work with tools like Maven for efficient project management and deployment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficient in Java (experience with Java 17+ is essential).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices development.
• Expertise with Maven for build and project management.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Mockito or JUnit.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud for deploying and managing applications.
• Experience with Kafka (it's a plus).
• English fluent.
• Based in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto)
