- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments hindering team delivery
- Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
- Track and communicate team metrics to maintain transparency with stakeholders
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master Certified (SSM, CSM, PSM) or similar certification
- At least one SAFe certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience engaging stakeholders and technical resources to analyze user needs
- Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality software
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Certification in another agile competency, such as product owner or developer
- Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe
- Experience applying Lean Thinking in large organizations
