What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coach teams to enhance solutions, business results, and processes
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
• Identify and remove impediments hindering team delivery
• Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
• Track and communicate team metrics to maintain transparency with stakeholders
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum Master Certified (SSM, CSM, PSM) or similar certification
• At least one SAFe certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience engaging stakeholders and technical resources to analyze user needs
• Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality software
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Certification in another agile competency, such as product owner or developer
• Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe
• Experience applying Lean Thinking in large organizations
