A Project Manager at PopSockets is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of projects from concept through launch. This individual has a solid foundation in product development, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Project Manager supports communication within and between departments, as well as with external overseas suppliers. Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to help define clear project scopes are critical to keeping teams aligned and projects on track to deliver on time. The Project Manager should be organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow in the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Core function of launching products on time, shortening lead times, and improving efficiency via cross-functional collaboration
  • Development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and milestones
  • Track progress against plans and escalate risks or misalignment as needed
  • Identify critical paths and proactively flag potential risks with mitigation options
  • Own assigned milestones and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
  • Coordinate the product operations process from item set up to go-to-market
  • Track tasks, follow up on action items, and help resolve blockers
  • Foster collaboration across Product, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Sales
  • Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Prepare and share status updates, dashboards, and presentations
  • Support prioritization across projects to focus teams on high-impact work
  • Support continuous improvement through process and workflow enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of project management experience (consumer goods, electronics, or accessories preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills; able to manage shifting priorities
  • Experience supporting product launches in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with factories or manufacturing partners is a plus

$70,000 - $80,000 a year

10% annual bonus potential
