JOB SUMMARY

Experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple fintech projects with various vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, vendor coordination, and financial technology solutions.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the seamless execution of multiple fintech initiatives, including (but not limited to) digital payments, remittances, card services, and payment gateway projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage multiple fintech projects across different vendors and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor vendor performance, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve conflicts between stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards for financial services.
• Track project progress using agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation.
• Oversee the implementation and growth of digital payments, remittances, card services, and payment gateway projects.
• Report project status, risks, and key insights to senior management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking solutions.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of financial technology, payment systems, digital wallets, remittances, and card products.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of regulatory and security requirements in fintech.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
