Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• General understanding of the IT industry
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team
• Presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to dive deep into the technical aspects of the software development
• Basic knowledge of Business Analysis in IT will help you progress faster

Nice to have

• Experience working in FinTech, e-commerce, Life Sciences & Healthcare, business process automation, banking, finance, Big Data, or insurance
• Previous experience with business analysis–related tasks is a plus
