Senior Consultant – Full Stack (React + Node/NestJS)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Consultant with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and NestJS to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications and guiding junior developers with best practices and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using React and Node.js/NestJS.
• Architect and build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and APIs.
• Drive UI/UX implementation aligned with design standards and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, QA, DevOps—to ensure seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance on both client and server.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and documentation of technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding guidelines, and architectural principles.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/Context API
• Node.js and NestJS frameworks
• RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), GraphQL, or serverless architectures.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or consulting engagements.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, Mocha, etc.
