As a React Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and scalable web applications using React. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions . The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and an understanding of secure and compliant development practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React and related front‑end technologies
- Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components
- Ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces across all devices and browsers
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and services
- Optimize application performance, load times, and user experience
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards
- Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
- Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience : 4 years to 16 years
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front‑end development practices
- Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and responsive design principles
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
