What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and a strong background in C# development. As Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving innovation within the organization.

Must have:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in C#. Knowledge in React is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
