Product Manager, Web Platform | Fintech | London
Scale a high-performance global engine for the UK’s fastest-growing payments disrupter
The Opportunity
This high-growth Fintech is reinventing the payments landscape. In less than four years, they have disrupted the market to become the most-loved acquirer in the UK, supporting over 150,000 customers across four countries.
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead their website as a sophisticated, global technical platform. This is not a content management role; it is a high-impact engineering position designed to bridge the gap between global marketing demand and a complex Salesforce orchestration layer.
Joining the Enterprise Technology team, you will lead a dedicated squad to build "Market-in-a-Box" capabilities. Your mission is to fuel a 2026 international expansion by ensuring every lead is captured, routed, and converted with surgical precision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the roadmap for the web experience, treating the site as a scalable global platform.
- Engineer the funnel by identifying and removing friction in the Lead-to-Opportunity journey.
- Own the technical handshake between the web properties and the Salesforce CRM.
- Drive experimentation by embedding a rigorous culture of A/B testing and CRO.
- Scale internationally by building repeatable web capabilities for new markets and verticals.
- Align stakeholders across Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle teams to translate ambition into code.
- Measure commercial value by focusing on conversion velocity rather than just traffic.
- Unblock a squad of 2–5 engineers to ensure high-velocity, pragmatic delivery.
What They’re Looking For
Essential
- Technical Product DNA: Experience managing complex digital products where data flows between web and CRM.
- Web-Based Expertise: A proven track record of driving outcomes like conversion rates and average order value.
- Growth Mastery: Hands-on experience with hypothesis-driven A/B testing and experimentation.
- CMS Fluency: Experience implementing or managing headless CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok or Contentful).
- Data Rigor: Ability to turn "messy" reality into clean, actionable insights and attribution models.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot integration logic.
- Background in B2B, SME, or Enterprise technology sectors.
- Experience scaling products across multiple European languages and regulatory environments.
Why Join?
This company hires exceptional people and gives them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. They avoid the distraction of bonuses, instead offering a highly competitive, guaranteed base salary so you are paid what you are worth every single month.
- Impact: Own a "Priority 0" platform critical to international growth.
- Culture: A high-performance, office-first environment (4 days per week) designed for collaboration.
- Progression: Clear pathways into Senior and Lead roles as the team scales.
- Modern Stack: Work with a dedicated agile squad using modern headless architecture.
- Compensation: £80,000 – £90,000.
