• Lead high-stakes delivery across ATOMX platforms, ensuring aligned roadmaps, rapid progress, and exceptional outcomes.
• Run disciplined, energetic Scrum ceremonies that keep teams focused, accountable, and consistently moving at pace.
• Remove blockers swiftly, manage complex dependencies, and communicate confidently across squads, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Champion ATOMX’s performance culture by coaching teams, elevating delivery standards, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive clarity, predictability, and momentum, ensuring every release reflects ATOMX’s ambition, pace, and true technical excellence.
