Position Summary

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to work within a supportive team, building technology that is the backbone of our investments business. You will play a crucial role contributing to the success of our firm by building out the technological foundations to take the business to the next level. You will get the opportunity to work with other software engineers, portfolio managers and other investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to development of scalable, high-performance applications from the ground up across frontend and backend.
  • Contribute to the work of the technology team through participating in development and testing of software tools, writing and managing data ingestion pipelines, and designing solutions to technical problems.
  • Aid in automating trade-related process, including trade generation, and risk management.
  • Be a friendly and enthusiastic member of the team.

About You

We’re looking for problem solvers and creative thinkers who are keen to explore a new set of real-world problems with the following skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
  • Desire to learn, seek feedback, and be curious.
  • Familiarity with programming.
