We are now looking for a Head of Software Development to lead our engineering team and drive the next stage of our platform’s growth.

Your Mission and Responsibilities

As Head of Software Development, you will lead the engineering team, shape the technical strategy, and ensure delivery of a scalable and secure AI platform. You will work closely with product leadership and founders, balancing technical leadership with hands-on engineering expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow the engineering team
• Define the technical vision and architecture
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery
• Oversee modern development processes and CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with product and leadership on technical strategy
• Support hiring and scaling of the development team

What You Bring

• Experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong background in modern web technologies (React / Next.js, Node.js)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs
• Understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English

• Experience with AI-driven products
• Background in healthcare or life sciences
• Experience building SaaS platforms
