Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Specialist to drive the technology roadmap for a Securities Finance Trading & Collateral platform. You will be part of a core development team responsible for improving system performance, scalability, and architecture of a cloud-native enterprise platform used by global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rearchitect performance-critical components to remove bottlenecks and improve scalability
• Lead performance testing and system optimization initiatives
• Implement future architectural enhancements
• Collaborate with senior architects and cross-functional Scrum teams
• Ensure platform meets enterprise performance and reliability standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on Java enterprise development experience
• Strong background in performance engineering and scalability
• Excellent SQL skills (Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
• Experience building enterprise financial systems
• Expertise in Java SE/JEE, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, JMS
• REST APIs and integration patterns
• Frontend exposure with Angular v2+ and TypeScript
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Agile and test-driven development experience
• Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Apache Camel or integration frameworks
• DevOps and CI/CD concepts
