As part of its continued growth and technological evolution, the company is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead its international engineering organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving future-oriented technical developments, defining and executing the technology and engineering roadmap, and ensuring alignment between engineering strategy and overall business objectives.

The Head of Engineering will lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A key focus of the role is the ongoing development of talent, creating an inspiring environment that enables both technical excellence and professional growth. Working closely with executive leadership and global stakeholders, this individual will play a central role in shaping the company’s long-term technological direction and strengthening its position as a leader in electronic manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop international engineering teams, driving performance, capability growth, and engagement
• Define and execute the engineering and technology roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Oversee engineering delivery across global projects, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Partner closely with Project Management, Sales, Operations, and R&D to support project execution and resolve technical challenges
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years’ experience in application design, project engineering, or solution-based project delivery in the electrical industry
• Proficiency with CAD/engineering tools (e.g., EcsCad, EPLAN, or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive complex technical initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering results
