Sitting with eSafety's Strategic Communications branch, the Delivery (Design) team is a collaborative group of creative thinkers, visual storytellers, and strategic problem-solvers dedicated to bringing ideas to life. With expertise across branding, digital media, print design, and visual communications, the team transforms concepts into compelling visuals that communicate clearly and inspire action. By blending creativity with data-driven insights, they ensure every project aligns with brand identity and business goals. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Delivery (Design) team and contribute to high-impact, audience-centred communications by delivering persuasive print and digital design solutions within a dynamic, collaborative environment. The Mid-weight Graphic Designer will work within the Strategic Communications branch and support the broader organisation.
The key duties of the position include:
- delivering high-quality print and digital assets (including long-format reports, marketing collateral, and educational resources) in line with brand guidelines, managing finished art and print production as required
- managing multiple projects to tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
- communicating clearly and collaborating effectively across teams to develop cohesive, audience-centred outcomes
- building and sustaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing and facilitating cooperation to achieve shared objectives
- responding to a high volume of requests with professionalism, resilience, and a strong customer service focus
- taking ownership of deliverables, demonstrating sound judgement, and showing a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
