Do you have what it takes to become a Smart UI/UX Designer

 

Ready to shape digital experiences that genuinely help people? Join Smart for an exciting 8-month contract where you’ll bring ideas to life—turning insights into intuitive journeys, polished interfaces, and standout prototypes. You’ll partner closely with product and delivery teams to raise the bar on design quality, consistency, and customer impact across our platforms.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Design wireframes and prototypes that align with our brand standards.
  • Conduct user research to uncover insights and define user personas.
  • Develop consistent, branded digital experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Create new product concepts, storyboards, and detailed interaction designs.
  • Enhance wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction ideas.
  • Establish design guidelines for iOS, Android, and web solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate and improve designs.
  • Track UX metrics and report on improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Work within an agile team to solve design challenges and ensure consistency.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in UI/UX within digital environments.
  • Expertise in e-commerce, web, and native platforms.
  • Strong user research and persona development skills.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling visual designs.
  • Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Marvel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of customer empathy.
