Are you a Unity expert with a passion for creating immersive, interactive experiences? We’re seeking a Unity Developer to join a fast-moving fintech and edtech product team, dedicated to transforming how kids and families learn about money through play and technology.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a technically challenging and creatively fulfilling role in a collaborative, purpose-driven team based on the Gold Coast.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and refine beautiful 3D environments in Unity using C#
  • Integrate and polish assets, animations, UI elements, and particle systems to deliver a cohesive player experience
  • Work closely with artists, designers, and UX leads to bring creative concepts to life with Animator, Timeline, and Cinemachine
  • Optimise for mobile performance from the ground up—implementing batching, draw call reduction, occlusion culling, and memory management
  • Build and maintain reusable systems and editor tools to improve team efficiency
  • Write clean, modular, scalable code in line with Unity best practices


What You’ll Bring

✅ Strong proficiency with Unity and C#

✅ Experience creating polished 2D/3D environments and particle systems

✅ Strong understanding of Unity’s animation tools (Animator, Timeline, Cinemachine)

✅ Proven success optimising Unity applications for mobile devices

✅ Experience building custom editor tools and scripting Unity workflows

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


Bonus Points For

✨ Knowledge of ECS, DOTS, or Burst

✨ Experience with cinematic or VFX development

✨ Background in educational gaming or fintech platforms

✨ Previous experience in a startup or iterative product team

🚨 Important Requirement

This role is based full-time in our Southport office on the Gold Coast. You must be comfortable working Monday to Friday on-site with the team.
