A leading enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery across multiple development teams within a single product domain. This is a delivery-focused, developer-facing role where you will drive agile ways of working, uplift team performance, and ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes.

Your new role

In this position, you will oversee agile delivery across several teams, ensuring high cadence and alignment within a scaled agile environment. Working closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and development squads, you will facilitate ceremonies, manage sprint cycles, and maintain strong oversight of the delivery backlog.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of two‑weekly sprints
• Running daily stand-ups and facilitating sprint-related ceremonies
• Leading all Scrum ceremonies across delivery teams
• Collaborating with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to maintain delivery momentum
• Facilitating breakout sessions, workshops, and team planning
• Driving backlog ownership, refinement, and prioritisation
• Ensuring high-quality delivery within a scaled agile environment
• Supporting agile maturity uplift across development teams
• Utilising Jira for backlog, sprint, and release management (highly regarded)

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven background as a Scrum Master, Release Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Experience working across multiple teams within enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of scaled agile practices
• Ability to work closely with technical teams in a developer‑facing environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Experience with Jira would be beneficial.
