Currently we are looking for a new colleague to our IT team located in Brunn am Gebirge / Campus 21 to the following role:
HR Junior Specialist (f/m)
Purpose of the job:
Are you interested in the world of HR and enjoy working with structured, administrative tasks? Are you known for being precise and reliable, with a passion for supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle?
In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into Türk Telekom International HR operations and visit colleagues in the location where you will receive comprehensive training for your tasks. Afterwards, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems, support the time Administration, preparing and managing documentation, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team – all as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Main Responsibilities
- Reliable processing of personnel administration processes (e.g. entries/exits, contract documents, reference letters, confirmations)
- Responsible for time management and time administration tasks
- Maintenance and control of personnel data in the HR system
- Acting as the first point of contact for standardized HR questions from employees and managers
- Supporting compliance with labour law and internal regulations
- Collaborating on continuous improvements to operational processes
- Preparing analyses, overviews and reports
Requirements
- Completed education (college, university, or equivalent) with a focus on Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Confident German skills (B2), fluent conversational and written English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Nexon knowledge are an advantage
- High sense of responsibility and discretion
- Structured, precise, and service-oriented working style
- Independent, proactive, and reliable work approach
