A leading European data centre contractor delivering major mission‑critical projects across the region. Known for high‑performance engineering, strong project governance and a long-term pipeline of technical new-builds.
The Team
You will join an established project delivery team overseeing a major new-build data centre project in Linz. The environment is fast‑paced, structured and highly collaborative, with strong support from senior leadership and technical specialists across the wider business.
The Role
A senior-level, hands-on position leading the full project scope. Responsibilities include:
- Full management of CSA and MEP packages from groundworks to fitout
- Contractor oversight, performance management and progress reporting
- Programme leadership and coordination with design and MEP teams
- Quality assurance, safety compliance and risk management
- Interface coordination and resolving site‑based technical issues
- Driving structured reporting, planning and cost awareness
- Ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones to client expectations
The Requirements
- Strong experience delivering CSA OR MEP packages on large, complex new‑build projects
- Background may include hospitals, pharma, industrial, semiconductor or other technical builds
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and lead on-site delivery
- Strong reporting discipline, quality focus and programme management skills
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, highly coordinated construction environments
- Willingness to work in Linz, Austria
