Futurus Network is looking for a DeFi Yield Operations Specialist to support operational processes related to decentralized finance strategies and on-chain liquidity management. The role focuses on monitoring DeFi protocol activity, coordinating yield operations, and maintaining operational stability across blockchain-based financial systems.

The position operates within the Web3 ecosystem and supports infrastructure that enables decentralized financial operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor yield strategies across supported DeFi protocols

Coordinate operational workflows related to liquidity pools and staking mechanisms

Execute procedures related to asset allocation within DeFi environments

Track performance metrics including yields, liquidity distribution, and protocol activity

Review blockchain transactions related to DeFi operations

Maintain documentation for DeFi operational processes and strategy monitoring

Support integration of new DeFi protocols and blockchain networks

Identify operational risks within DeFi liquidity strategies and escalate when required

Requirements

Experience interacting with DeFi protocols or decentralized financial platforms

Understanding of liquidity pools, staking mechanisms, and yield strategies

Familiarity with blockchain transactions and Web3 wallet infrastructure

Experience using blockchain explorers and DeFi dashboards

Strong analytical attention to detail

Ability to track operational metrics across multiple DeFi protocols

Professional fluency in English

Experience with digital asset environments or crypto platforms is highly preferred

Highly valued

Personal familiarity with digital asset ecosystems, including exchanges, wallets, or DeFi protocols.

Compensation

Base Salary: 180,000–240,000 USD per year
