HR Services & Operations Manager
This role gives you the opportunity to shape the employee journey at BRP-Rotax, influence how our processes evolve and contribute directly to the advancement of our global HR services model.
Our HR Services & Operations Manager will play a key role in elevating the employee experience at BRP-Rotax. This position is responsible for delivering clear, reliable, and accessible HR services—ensuring employees can easily find information through self-service tools, receive timely support through case management, and experience consistency across all HR touchpoints.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and developing a new HR Services team. This includes shaping the team’s structure, defining its ways of working, and cultivating the capabilities required to provide high-quality employee services and efficient HR operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead HR service delivery for BRP-Rotax, ensuring consistent, timely and compliant support across all self‑service, contact center and HR Advisor channels.
- Own the end‑to‑end HR administrative operations, ensuring accurate employee master data updates, consistent and compliant HR documentation, and reliable HR processes that support the employee lifecycle
- Drive local governance of HR systems and data by managing HR technology demands, partnering with local IT on issue resolution and enhancement priorities, and collaborating with the People Analytics COE to ensure accurate, secure and analytics‑ready data.
- Lead the First Year Experience (onboarding) Program, ensuring a cohesive and engaging onboarding journey by aligning with global standards, enhancing local activities and activating key stakeholders to support employee success throughout the first year.
- Ensure a clear and well‑governed offboarding experience by maintaining documented procedures, guiding stakeholders on their responsibilities, and consolidating exit survey insights to strengthen retention and improve the employee lifecycle.
- Build and lead the new HR Services team for BRP-Rotax, ensuring the successful integration of a new service offering into BRP’s HR operating model and establishing clear roles, standards and ways of working that align with global HR Services.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team and ensuring reliable service delivery.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery.
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP or similar tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both English and German, verbally and written
You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is 81,261.05 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
