Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 2-years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 6-years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post ;
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in the delivery and implementation of management support mechanisms or other professional-level activities ;
  • Experience in presenting complicated issues in a clear, concise and persuasive manner .

Desirable:

  • Business Process design and implementation ;
  • Proven experience in resource planning and personnel management ;
  • Proven experience in budgetary planning and management .

Duties/role:

  • Contributing to the development of policies, processes, standards and guidelines for strategy development and planning ;
  • Providing detailed and specific advice regarding the application of one’s specialism to the organisation’s planning and operations ;
  • Dealing with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information .
