We are currently looking for a Scrum Master – Sales Data Stack Squad to support one of our clients within the Channels and Customer Experience Enterprises tribe.

Mission Context

The Sales Data Stack squad plays a pivotal role in transforming data flows between sources and visualization layers, ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights. Collaborating closely with the Data Hub tribe and contributing to the Sales Data Insight squad, this team drives data-driven decision-making for sales optimization.

As a Scrum Master, you will:

• Support the squad's efficiency and productivity

• Empower the squad to reduce run-and-maintain activities, freeing up capacity for refactoring and innovation

• Orchestrate end-to-end feature delivery, aligning with stakeholders to plan, track, and coordinate cross-squad dependencies, including leading Scrum-of-Scrums to ensure synchronized progress across tribes

Function Description

Team & Product Owner Support

• Coach the squad in self-organization and Agile/Scrum practices (ceremonies, artifacts, etc.)

• Drive Continuous Improvement within the squad

• Remove obstacles or facilitate their resolution to keep the team focused

• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution in a safe and trusting environment

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration

• Protect the team from unexpected work influx

Delivery Ownership

• Establish and follow up on feature delivery plans with contributors

• Manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles during delivery

• Organize Scrum-of-Scrums to align concerned squads and tribes

• Report delivery progress during the Delivery Board

• Maintain alignment with other feature or Opus roles (Owner, Quality, Release, etc.)

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English (mandatory for cross-tribe collaboration)

• Proficiency in at least one national language (French or Dutch) and passive understanding of the other

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience

Agile Requirements

• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with pragmatic adaptation to team needs

• Experience with Scrum-of-Scrums and scaling Agile in multi-team environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)

• Knowledge of data pipelines / ETL processes is advantageous

• Familiarity with Kanban to manage run-and-maintain activities alongside sprint work

Required Experience / Knowledge

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in IT/data-driven environments

• Proven ability to increase team autonomy and delivery predictability

• Experience in reducing technical debt and optimizing workflows with engineers

• Stakeholder management skills, translating business goals into actionable Agile plans

• Hands-on involvement in feature delivery from planning to deployment
