Contract Duration: 01/04/2026 - 31/10/2026

Work Location: Schaerbeek (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week onsite)
Requirements
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience (setup, troubleshooting) with 802.1x client access network security
- Demonstrable experience (setup, troubleshooting) with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, etc.
- Demonstrable experience as Technician/Installer in Network Infrastructure
- Demonstrable experience with logging, follow-up, and handling of support cases at manufacturers or maintenance suppliers
- Demonstrable experience with Palo Alto firewalls and associated concepts
- Demonstrable experience with reverse proxies or Application Delivery Controller products (e.g., F5 BIG-IP, Barracuda ADC) and Public Key Infrastructure
- Proven experience with TCP/IP
- At least 5 years of experience in Cisco network management (Catalyst and Nexus switches)
- Good practical demonstrable knowledge of Cisco ACI data center technology, including the use of ESGs and contracts
- Hands-on, proven experience in patching cables and organizing/maintaining a rack of patch panels
Should Have Skills
- Proven experience with LAN, WAN protocols
- Proven experience with PC hardware & software components
- Demonstrable experience with Routing & Switching
- Demonstrable experience with server applications on Linux: Apache, JBoss, WildFly, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Linux scripting (bash, perl, python)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Linux system administration, preferably SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with server hardware (mainly HPE, iLO, troubleshooting, support cases)
- Proven knowledge and experience with storage: HPE Alletra 9k, fibre channel switch management
- Proven knowledge and experience with storage: HPE StoreOnce
- Proven knowledge and experience with storage: NetApp FAS and AFF
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with VMware ESX (use, not management)
