Junior Data Analyst

Associate Data Analyst – Tableau, SQL, Pyspark

We are supporting a global organisation.

The hourly rate is between €56 to 61 per hour.

This is 40 hours per week, around 3 months initially.

This is hybrid for Amsterdam

Key Responsibilities

Work independently with limited guidance of Analytics Manager / TL or business stakeholder on data collection and preparation

Use past experience and seek for help in complex scenarios to translate business problems into data stories

Deliver easy to understand analysis or reports from clearly specified and prioritized business topics, request tickets and/or projects

Maintain key reports, metrics and workflows running within their scope

By collaborating with teams and peers be able to communicate results and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Communicate effectively, candidly, collaboratively, and challenge constructively to create rapport and establish trust

Actively participate in business and/or analytics team activities (standup, planning meeting,

retrospectives)

Use previous knowledge and experience on data analysis and visualization to answer business questions in the most efficient way

Awareness and understanding of experimentation culture, process and results interpretation.

Awareness of statistical models used within their scope.

Familiarity with the larger data ecosystem and understanding of how it relates to the data

Collaboration and expectation to ask for support from other roles and seniors within their area

Flexibility in adopting new approaches and expanding technical competencies when a more efficient way presents itself.

Responsible for data management related Data Governance processes as defined in the Data Governance Framework (E.g. monitoring of data quality, management of data lineage, and maintenance of logical data model).

● Knowledge and experience using in Google Analytics (GA4)

● Snowflake is a plus
