Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead complex data migration projects within our SAP and IT transformation programs. This role involves overseeing the entire data migration lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning migration activities with overall project goals.

• Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies and plans.
• Lead data migration teams across global projects, ensuring on-time and accurate data transfers.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading processes.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data migration requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate data migration risks, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Provide progress reports, including data quality metrics and issue resolution status.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data migration management within SAP or related enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of leading global data migration projects.
• Expertise in SAP data management tools and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and remote environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
