The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle and the opportunity to work alongside experienced investors on high-impact transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities
• Conduct financial analysis, market assessments, and commercial due diligence
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and internal materials
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the deal execution process
• Support the monitoring and strategic development of portfolio companies
• Contribute to value creation initiatives alongside portfolio management teams

Profile

• 1.5 – 5 years of professional experience
• Background in one of the following areas:
• Strategy consulting (e.g. MBB or comparable firms)
• Transaction advisory / deals
• Private equity
• Strategy or value creation roles within industry
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modelling skills
• Exposure to transactions, investment analysis, or strategic projects
• Outstanding academic track record
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English required (additional European languages are a plus)
