Join an internationally active organisation as an In-house Information Security Officer, playing a central role in protecting information assets and strengthening security governance. You will work closely with business, IT, and risk stakeholders to ensure information security requirements are embedded across processes, systems, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact for information security topics within the organisation.
• Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and controls.
• Conduct information security risk assessments and advise on mitigation measures.
• Support compliance with regulatory, internal, and industry security requirements.
• Advise business and IT teams on secure system design and security-by-design principles.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits and security assessments.
• Monitor security incidents and support response and remediation activities.
• Deliver awareness initiatives and training on information security topics.

Your Profile:

• Degree in information security, IT, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in information security or IT risk management.
• Solid knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001).
• Experience working in regulated or complex organisational environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage.
