Core Responsibilities
Development: Build and maintain high-performance web apps using React and Next.js.

Experience: 5+ years in large-scale, production-grade front-end development.
Tech Stack: Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Next.js.(Essential)
Styling & State: Proficiency in modern CSS (Tailwind/Styled Components) and state management (Redux/Zustand).
Workflow: Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business value.
